Nestled in the heart of Colchester City Centre, The Tree Room is a serene yoga and holistic centre offering a diverse range of therapies and classes, including yoga, massage, psychotherapy, and sound baths.

Housed within a charming Grade II listed building at 12 Trinity Street, the centre provides a tranquil environment for personal well-being.

Due to the historic nature of the building, there is no wheelchair access, and a small number of steps lead into the premises; regrettably, structural constraints prevent modifications to improve accessibility.
